Outdoor Arrangement

Hotel and Conference Centre Belmont is situated on the very verge of flat, open farmlands and vast stretches of partially hilly woodland. This is in itself already a pleasant venue to have a meeting, but there’s more.

For Belmont is surrounded by a self-owned property, dotted with trees, and encompassing 6 hectares. In between meetings there is ample opportunity here to engage in a range of outdoor activities. All under the expert supervision of our professional survival team.

Among the things you can participate in: mastering a high rope and low rope track, engaging in a particular form of Dutch ‘peasant’ golf, or trying your hand at archery.

 

24-HOUR ARRANGEMENT INCLUDING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WITH OUR SURVIVAL TEAM:
Coffee, tea, mineral water (unlimited)

Renting a meeting room including flip-chart or whiteboard
Business lunch
Dinner (3-course menu of the day, excluding drinks)
Overnight stay (on basis of a single room)

Outdoor activities of our survival team (2 to 3 hour climbing arrangement)

Fare: € 177,60 p.p.
Minimum participation 10 persons

Many people who book with us usually prefer that we take care of the entire arrangement.
So…just tell us what you like and we arrange it…as easy as that!

To give you an idea what your arrangement could look like, we have outlined a number of possibilities below. However, you simply can put together your own arrangement, just by interchanging the activities hereunder by any other activity you might prefer.

ARRANGEMENTS AND CHILDREN'S PARTIES

Survival 1: € 95,-- per 10 persons, low rope track and archery, duration: 2 hours
Survival 2: € 135,-- per 10 persons, low rope track and climbing tower, duration: 2 hours
Survival 3: € 135,-- per 10 persons, high rope track and archery, duration: 2 hours
Survival 4: € 150,-- per 10 persons, high rope track and climbing tower, duration: 2 hours

The arrangements above can also be combined with chips, snacks, lemonade and ice cream, all together making for an unforgettable sports children’s party (€ 7,50 p.p. extra).

 

BACHELOR PARTY ARRANGEMENT

High rope track, climbing crates, archery and teambuilding
€ 22,50 per person
Minimum participation: 10 persons

 

GROUP ACTIVITIES

Archery as of 15 persons, € 6,-- per person
Mini golf ‘Dutch peasant’ style, € 6,-- per person
Mini ‘Dutch peasant survival’(combination of mini golf ‘Dutch peasant’ style and survival), € 9,50 per person
High rope track and climbing tower, including tea/coffee/soft drink, minimum of participants: 10 persons, € 17,50 per person.
Low rope track and teambuilding, minimum number of participants: 10 persons, € 9,50 per person (ditto, plus archery: € 12,50 per person)

Teambuilding activities on request should always – in connection with the objective of the assignments – lead to consultation beforehand between client and Survivalteam Ede.
Management trainings on request.

All the arrangements above can be combined with any of the meeting arrangements of Hotel and Congress Centre Belmont.

A combination with a recreational stay at Belmont is also a possibility.
All arrangements are to be booked (with regard to checking their availability) by Belmont. Large groups on request only.
