Teambuilding is not just an idle cry…team building works! Even more so in such distinctly beautiful surroundings as can be found at Belmont. With on our own property a state-of-the-art outdoor centre that is being flanked at al sides by vast woodlands.

Far away from the day-to-day worries of the shop floor your employees can learn here more about themselves in a relaxing atmosphere and challenging surroundings. At the same time they have the opportunity to get better acquainted with whatever is moving and motivating their colleagues.

At Belmont we offer a playful learning process with serious undertones that, among things, is aimed at bringing your employees closer together. With, as direct consequences, more understanding and respect for each other once back on the shop floor. In short: participating in team building at Belmont means, without any doubt, creating a win-win situation!

With this in mind, it goes without saying that the atmosphere should not become too serious. Fun and recreation also play important parts in the scheme of things. As such there is nothing better to start the day during a team building session than with a Kick-Up Breakfast, consisting of an elaborate American breakfast. Or somewhat later in the day, enjoying a tasty lunch buffet together. While a cold and warm buffet, including delicious desserts, is the perfect recipe for a grand finale.
